Talking Therapies
It can help to talk to other people, who are of a similar age to you, about how you’re feeling.
It helps you offload your thoughts and even reorganise them rather than having them build up. You may find yourself finding new insights once you say something out loud.
The benefits of our one to one services are plentiful but it’s important to find someone you trust and feel comfortable talking to.
We understand that sometimes it’s easier to talk to a stranger than to relatives or friends and our one to one support is highly valued by those that use it.
