Drop-in Wellbeing Sessions
Meet and connect with other people in a safe and supported enviroment, whie taking part in wellbeing activities.
We offer a friendly, non judgemental space for you to meet others and take part in weekly activities including art and crafts, cooking, games and much more.
Our wellbeing groups run on Tuesdays at 12pm and 4pm and Wednesdays at 10am and 2pm.

Counselling Support
We offer counselling sessions for anyone who with mild to moderate mental health conditions. Our friendly counsellors can help you make sense of things and understand yourself better. They can help you recognise unhelpful patterns in the way you think or act, and find ways to change them (if you want to). We offer 10 sessions that can be taken via telephone, Zoom or in person.

An alternative to counselling – our Community Wellbeing Calls (CWC)
If you’re looking for something more informal, want to talk through some concerns about your mental health or need some advice on how to build your resilience, you may want to consider our Community Wellbeing Calls service.
Whether it’s a one off phone call or a series of weekly calls, we are here for you to talk about your worries, discuss coping techniques and/or help you find other services or organisations that may be of benefit to you. These wellbeing calls are free and can be scheduled in at a time to suit you between Monday and Friday.
