About Us
We have been supporting people with their mental health for over 40 years
We are a registered charity and company limited by guarantee and are affiliated to the national charity Mind. This means that we meet high quality standards, have the benefits of a wide range of experiences and knowledge from a network of Mind associations but are able to work locally to meet the community’s needs.
We are also responsible for fully funding our own services and are very grateful to everyone that supports our work with their donations and fundraising efforts.
